General information about the online store
The online store products are sold by Hotel VIP Club International Oy (business ID: 1831108-5). We sell products to private people, over the age of 18. The product prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to change the price and postage.
The products are ordered over the internet at hotelvipclub.com.
All orders are confirmed via an e-mail. You need to give your e-mail address when making the order to receive the confirmation.
When making the order, the customer agrees on the valid terms of delivery.
We send you a confirmation of your order by email including:
- the duration and price of your membership
- the order number
- the buyer's first name, last name, phone number, address and home country
The product is paid in connection with the order. The online store accepts the following payment methods: Visa or MasterCard.
Hotel VIP Club International Oy only markets the products and services and delivers the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy.
With regard to payments made by Visa or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the seller of the product and the transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (2122839-7) provides the financing and payment service for online payment in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy takes the payment and disburses it to the seller. From the user's point of view, the service works just like traditional online payments.
We deliver the products approximately within a week from the date of order.
Delivery methods and fees
Hotel VIP Club International Oy delivers all orders without separate delivery fees. All orders are delivered by mail. We do not deliver orders with cash on delivery.
Returns and exchanges
The customer is entitled to exchange or return the product within 14 days, in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return only applies to unused products that are in their original packages and can still be sold. Add the following information with the return:
- your customer number, name, address and phone number
- bank account number
- a copy of Hotel VIP Club International Oy's order confirmation
- reason for returning the product

We do accept returns after 14 days of the delivery. Once the return has been accepted, the money will be reimbursed into your account.
Problems with transportation and defective products
If the product goes missing during delivery handling is damaged or a wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must inform us of the problem without delay by email at email@example.com or by mail to: Hotel VIP Club International Oy, Tuomiokirkonkatu 36 A, 33100 Tampere, Finland.
The notification of an incorrect delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the delivery has been damaged in mail, a claim must be made at the post office without delay.
We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer must read the valid terms of delivery before making an order.
Hotel VIP Club International Oy handles all customer information confidentially. Hotel VIP Club International Oy agrees not to disclose any information about the customer to a third party.
