The register collects basic information regarding the registered people, such as:

8. The principles of data file securing
The data recorded by the hotelvipclub.com online store's user register is recorded in the controller's system that is protected with the operating system's protection software. Accessing the system requires entering a username and password. The system is also protected with a firewall and other technical methods. Only the appointed employees of the controlling company have access and the right to use the data in the register. The data contained in the register is kept in locked and guarded facilities.

9. Registered person's right to prohibit processing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the controller to process personal data for purposes of direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market research, opinion polls, public registers or genealogical research. The prohibition must be done in writing and addressed to the person in charge of  the register.

10. Registered person's inspection right
The registered people have the right to inspect the register data concerning themselves and get copies of it on request. The inspection request must be done in writing and addressed to the person in charge of  the register.

11. Correction of data
The controller will correct, remove or add information to the registered data anything that is incorrect, unnecessary, insufficient or outdated at the registered person's request. The registered person must contact the person in charge of the register to have the data corrected.
